As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent. This is a hybrid position based in New York City, New York, Mississauga, Ontario, or St. Hyacinthe, Quebec, and you must be fluent in written and verbal French/French Canadian to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement local and national recruiting plans to meet business needs
  • Partner with hiring managers and P&O Business Partners to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for assigned searches, including intake calls, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer extensions
  • Ensure job requirements and candidate assessments are clearly understood by hiring managers and interview teams
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and P&O Business Partners
  • Track and report key metrics to measure and predict performance
  • Consistently follow up with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process and positive candidate experience
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Partner with agencies on an as-needed basis

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and verbal French/French Canadian
  • Experience working on searches in the North American market with a focus on Canada and understanding of local employment laws
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including full-cycle recruiting
