About the Role

As a Product Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping customers find their dream vehicle. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by determining each prospective client's vehicle needs through active listening and questioning.
  • Promoting new business and contributing to the company's customer base by seeking new customers through prospecting and referral networks.
  • Selling new and pre-owned vehicles, and demonstrating vehicles (including test drives).
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest products, features, and technological changes in the automotive industry.
  • Using effective closing techniques to maximize sales and meet productivity goals.

Requirements

To be successful as a Product Advisor, you will need:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A valid British Columbia Driver's License and a good driving record.
  • A current VSA MDC License.
