Product Advisor

Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service by understanding each client's vehicle needs and preferences.
- Promote new business and expand our customer base through prospecting and referral networks.
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles, and demonstrate them to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on automotive industry trends and technological advancements.
- Effectively close sales and meet productivity goals.
- Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure they understand the vehicle's features and warranty.
- Introduce customers to our Service Department to emphasize our commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Set and achieve monthly productivity targets.
- Follow all dealership processes and procedures to maintain an excellent Customer Satisfaction Index rating.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong computer skills, including internet and MS Office, with the ability to maintain records using a computerized system.
- Effective negotiation skills and ability to make sound decisions.
- A valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record.
- A Current VSA MDC License.
