About the RoleAs a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, promoting new business, and contributing to the company's customer base. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by determining each prospective client's vehicle needs and preferences.
- Promote new business and contribute to the company's customer base through prospecting and referral networks.
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles, and demonstrate vehicles to customers.
- Stay up-to-date on all products, including features, specifications, prices, colors, options, and standard equipment.
- Use effective closing techniques to drive sales growth and meet productivity goals.
- Deliver new and pre-owned vehicles to customers and ensure they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Introduce customers to our Service Department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of our service operations.
- Previous auto sales experience required.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong computer skills and ability to maintain records using a computerized system.
- A valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record.
- A Current VSA MDC License.
