About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services - CFMWS. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages to our members and their guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with provincial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Operate a Point of Sales system and manage cash handling responsibilities
  • Assist in the set-up and take-down of social and military functions
  • Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with our members and their families
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Provincial Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
  • Experience in serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as cash handling
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Language Requirements

English is the primary language required for this role.
