Trenton, Canada The Cardinal Inc. Full time

The Cardinal Inc. is a brand new upscale music venue in downtown Trenton. We will be host to live musicians / acts and other performing arts.

We are looking to fill 2 Cook/Kitchen hand positions. Wage will vary based on the applicants experience in the industry as a professional bartender/server.

The scope of this position includes (but not limited too)
- Cooking of all food items
- Prepping / plating all food items
- Kitchen management

Some of the qualifications preferred are as follows:

- Experience in kitchen management
- Knowledge of standard commercial kitchen wares
- Experience in food managment
- Experience as a cook/line cook or general kitchen help

Certifications required: Food handler/Smart serve

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

- Weekends as needed
