Kitchen Cleaning and Sanitation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our kitchen team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Load and unload dishwashers, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, maintaining a well-organized and clean storage area
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work 35 hours per week
