About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at Ivy's Kitchen Vietnamese Restaurant Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Sort and store dishes, utensils, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
  • Assist in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas.
  • Restock supplies and condiments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
