About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Ivy's Kitchen Vietnamese Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that all waste is disposed of properly.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, ovens, and refrigerators.
  • Team Support: Assist other kitchen staff members as needed, and contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods of time.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work, including cleaning and sanitizing.
  • Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with other staff members and management.
