About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at Ivy's Kitchen Vietnamese Restaurant Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and ensure that all kitchen areas are tidy and organized.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, and maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, and scour pots and pans to ensure they are spotless.
  • Keep records of the quantities of food used, and package take-out food for customers.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, and handle and store cleaning products safely.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, and remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Sharpen kitchen knives, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential. The successful candidate will be able to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding role.
