Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Brandt. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our undercarriage and ground engaging products, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to execute customer programs and drive sales and margin growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Business Strategies: Establish and execute annual business plans to achieve sales and margin growth objectives.
- Product Expertise: Serve as the Brandt expert on undercarriage and ground engaging products, providing guidance and support to internal staff and customers.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, including new vendor identification and setup.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities for growth and develop market intelligence on competition, customers, pricing, and segment trends.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to educate sales and service teams on undercarriage and ground engaging products.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers to drive sales and margin growth.
