Job Title: Parts Product Manager

Brandt is seeking a skilled Parts Product Manager to drive growth and development of applicable commodities for sales and margin. This role will work closely with CSA's and Parts Managers to execute customer programs, establish strategy, and implement annual business plans to achieve sales and margin growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategy and annual business plans for the product group
  • Achieve parts revenue and margin growth objectives
  • Execute annual business plan goals
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to work well under time pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Be creative, a self-starter, team player, fast learner, detail-oriented, and conscientious with a drive to 'win'
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong presentation skills
  • Flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and accountability to meet deadlines
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Process design, development, execution, and management skills
  • Creative approach to problem solving and execution
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills to drive results through influencing
  • Ability to maintain relationships with key customers for executive-level relationship management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in business, engineering, or related field
  • Relevant combination of education and experience along with a proven track record in relationship building and sales

As a leader of Product Support Business, the successful candidate must be dedicated to outstanding customer service, be well organized, have a proven track record in sales management, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a highly motivated team.
