We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at North Central Co-Operative Incorporated. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and supervising the activities of our customer service representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of customer service representatives
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Recruit and hire new team members
- Coordinate and assign work to team members
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed
- Maintain the operation of computer systems and equipment
- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
