Job OverviewWe are committed to caring for our patients and supporting their loved ones. Our team at EHN Willowview Recovery Centre offers holistic, wrap-around inpatient addictions treatment for adults 18 and older. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients with mental health and addictions-related issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with statutory and regulatory standards.
- Provide ongoing client care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date progress records on clients.
- Respond promptly and effectively in medical emergencies.
- Offer supportive counseling to clients, families, and significant others on recovery-related topics.
- Degree from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nurses with pharmacological training.
- Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Saskatchewan.
- Knowledge or experience with person-centered care approaches.
