About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Party City. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Merchandise Management: Authorize returns, manage inventory, and maintain a visually appealing store environment that meets our brand standards.
  • Sales and Reporting: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and meet sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Manage store opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and safe store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience is preferred.
  • Work Setting: This role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
