About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Petra Tires. Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, assigning duties, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Merchandise Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that our store is stocked with the latest products and trends.
  • Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Staffing: Determine staffing requirements and manage staff to ensure that our store is adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Reporting: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, providing regular reports to management on store performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in point of sale systems and accounting software.
  • Area of Specialization: Shipping and receiving, trading, and customer service.
  • Security and Safety: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
