About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Modi Corp. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Management
    • Order and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
    • Authorize returns and exchanges of merchandise
  • Store Operations
    • Establish and manage work schedules for store staff
    • Prepare and review sales reports, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records
  • Team Leadership
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to store staff
    • Carry out administrative activities of the store
  • Professional Development
    • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to improve store operations
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Work Environment

Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
