Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing written business requirements documents (BRD) inclusive of business, functional, non-functional, and user requirements that are actionable by development teams. You will also use structured tools for analysis and presentation of concepts and models to enhance the BRD. Additionally, you will define and execute test plans and scripts, develop and deliver training to Product Management on both application functionality and integrations, and work with external consultants, internal and external developers throughout the development and configuration cycles to ensure systems and modification meet business needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 2-3 years of proven software testing experience including Test Case Development and Execution (through a Business Systems lens)
- Proficient in documenting integrations and experience with SQL
- Proven ability to follow through with defect lifecycle to satisfy the acceptance criteria.
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Working Experience with cloud-native technologies.

Desired:
Retail experience, Working experience with cloud platforms namely AWS and Azure, Familiarity with DevOps practices like Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.
