Job Description

As a Digital Infrastructure Cybersecurity Expert Lead at WSP Canada, you'll play a critical role in shaping our clients' digital infrastructure and ensuring their cybersecurity needs are met. You'll be responsible for leading technical teams, overseeing workstreams, and providing expert advice on cybersecurity matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide cybersecurity expertise and technical leadership for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
  • Manage client relationships and advise clients on recommended actions relating to active projects and assignments in the digital infrastructure domain.
  • Lead the planning of all cyber security activities and resources needed for major infrastructure projects and/or focused client mandates.
  • Oversight and execution of WSP's Cybersecurity project plans and methodologies to ensure the cyber resilience of the digital infrastructure.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of cyber security threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments.
  • Derive, cascade, and clarify cyber security requirements to the suppliers of digital technology and controls systems.
  • Liaise with engineering design, project management, and construction teams to ensure cyber security activities and requirements are being implemented.

Requirements

  • Degree in Networking, Telecommunications, or Cybersecurity Engineering, IT, or Computer Science.
  • 6+ years of experience in one or more technical areas: telecommunications/network technology, automation/SCADA/control systems, distributed control systems/operational technology, or critical infrastructure.
  • 6+ years of experience in advisory and consulting domains, including pre-sales and post-sales capacities.
  • In-depth experience in industrial cyber security, particularly in infrastructure/project program definition and execution, advisory and consulting mandate scoping and delivery, vulnerability scanning and penetration testing, application security, malware reverse engineering, threat intelligence, security architecture, operational technology/industrial control systems security, telecommunications/network security, or system/network administration in a complex multi-national network.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
