About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Cybersecurity Lead to join our team at WSP, a leading global professional services firm. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive digital infrastructure projects forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity matters for industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments.
  • Lead client relationships and develop recommendations for enhancing cyber resilience.
  • Oversee the planning of cybersecurity activities and resources for major infrastructure projects.
  • Contribute to the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Liaise with engineering design, project management, and construction teams to ensure seamless implementation of cybersecurity requirements.
  • Review cybersecurity submissions from suppliers and designers, providing detailed technical feedback.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A degree in Networking, Telecommunications, or Cybersecurity Engineering, IT, and Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in applying technical areas such as telecommunications/network technology, automation/SCADA/control systems, distributed control systems/operational technology, and critical infrastructure.
  • Experience in advisory and consulting domains, including pre-sales and post-sales capacities.
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial cyber security, with recent experience in areas like vulnerability scanning and penetration testing, application security, malware reverse engineering, threat intelligence, security architecture, secure-by-design process, operational technology/industrial control systems security, telecommunications and network security, and system/network administration in complex multi-national networks.
  • Certifications like IEC 62443, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or SANS GICSP are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work effectively in remote teams.
