About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Protection Manager to join our team at The Ladders. As a key member of our Legal Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organization meets its privacy requirements in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and data protection frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various business units to ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  • Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with the Director, Privacy Officer, and Counsel to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
