As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff members, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting individuals with a smile and providing assistance as needed.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $23.76-$24.96 per hour, plus benefits including extended health, vision, dental, life, AD&D, and disability insurance, as well as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Requirements:

  • Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably in a senior living community.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact tactfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher.
  • Certifications in First Aid and CPR, WHMIS, and FOODSAFE are an asset.
