At PARC Retirement Living, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team at Cedar Springs PARC in North Vancouver.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and have a strong focus on customer service. As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff members, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting individuals with a smile and providing assistance as needed.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $23.76-$24.96 per hour, plus benefits including extended health, vision, dental, life, AD&D, and disability insurance, as well as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).   • As a Receptionist, you will be the communication hub of the community, ensuring that all inquiries, requests, and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably in a senior living community.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact tactfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher.
  • Certifications in First Aid and CPR, WHMIS, and FOODSAFE are an asset.
