Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Sherry Carrier Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities to meet deadlines.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence using spreadsheet and accounting software.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
