Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team at ENT Mississauga LLP. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Accurately maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
    • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Financial Analysis
    • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, including calculating fixed assets and depreciation.
    • Reconcile accounts and prepare trial balance of books.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
    • Provide financial information and analysis to management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
