Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Process payroll, manage benefits, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis and Planning: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop financial plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Skills: Strong accounting and financial management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
