About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team at Aramark Canada Ltd. As a Finance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity and accuracy of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights for business decision-making.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and internal policies, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong accounting and financial management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
