Finance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team at 13054748 Canada Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial management and accounting services to support the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
- Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on financial matters, including investments, funding, and risk management.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll and benefits administration, including calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and maintaining general ledgers and financial statements.
- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate tax returns and other tax-related documents.
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and a focus on attention to detail.
