Salary InformationThe guaranteed first-year income for this role is $310,074.00, with additional benefits and incentives available.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible MD/DO with a passion for pioneering team-based care in our lower Northwest Network. As a member of our provider team, you will work alongside Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Master's level counselors to deliver trauma-informed care to our patients.

- You will be part of a collaborative team focused on building a strong sense of community and supporting one another in our pursuit of excellence.
We offer an excellent benefits package, including comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and wellness coverage. You will also receive up to $3,300 per calendar year for CME and/or professional dues/fees, as well as education loan reimbursement if eligible.
- We provide a relocation stipend based on miles between locations to support your move to Bellingham, WA.
