Food Service Team Lead

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Janu Dev Corporation. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
* Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
* Hire food service staff
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
* Prepare and submit reports
* Prepare food order summaries for chef
**Work Environment:**

* Combination of sitting, standing, walking
**Requirements:**
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
