Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment
