Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Janu Dev Corporation. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to prepare and submit reports, and ensure that food order summaries are prepared for the chef.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment or restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Flexibility and a client-focused approach, with a strong team player mentality.
