We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Inside Sales and Customer Service Coordinator. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experience, driving business growth, and supporting the success of our customers.

Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, channel partners, and internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries and issues.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, fostering trust and loyalty with our customers.
- Serve as the key project coordinator, collecting and communicating essential data, and following up as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Analyze data to prepare quotes, process orders, and respond to inquiries accurately and efficiently, leveraging advanced Excel and ERP skills.
- Document and proactively plan for potential bottlenecks or issues during the quote and order processes, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services.
- Support the Outside Sales Team in designated territories by providing efficient and timely administrative support, helping to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain various reports using advanced Excel and ERP skills, focusing on project plans and progress, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Follow up with customers, distributors, and agents for corrugate samples, payments, deposits, and other necessary information, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Requirements:
- A College diploma or University degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology.
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, and/or project coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
- Hardworking, respectful, motivated, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably Syteline, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in the packaging machinery industry, corrugated industry, or manufacturing processes is considered a strong asset.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year. This role qualifies for quarterly commissions based on company performance, with no sales obligations required.
