Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at RK Pharmacy Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members, ensuring efficient store operations and excellent customer service.
  • Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Establish work schedules, train staff, and provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Manage cash, supervise office and volunteer staff, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and store profitability.
