Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Team Management: Assign sales workers to duties, supervise and coordinate their activities to ensure excellent customer service and high sales performance.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, or arrange for training of staff members to meet the needs of the business.
  • Merchandise Management: Authorize returns of merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
