About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Ensure all Beauty Advisors execute Sephora's selling model, drive sales growth, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain a visually appealing sales floor, execute merchandising concepts, and ensure company standards are met.
  • Client Engagement: Regularly act as the Manager on Duty, engage with cast and clients on-stage, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store's sales performance, identify business opportunities, and adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations.
  • Talent Development: Participate in the interviewing process for new team members and provide feedback to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Employee Engagement: Demonstrate Sephora's values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Work-Life Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
  • Strong client service skills.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
