About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Services Lead to join our team at Sephora Stores. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, including sales floor management, visual merchandising, and client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Floor Management: Ensure that all Beauty Advisors are properly trained and equipped to execute Sephora's selling model, and that the sales floor is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure that all merchandising concepts and visuals on the sales floor meet company standards, and that the store's visual presentation is always at its best.
  • Client Service: Regularly act as the Manager on Duty within the store, engaging with cast and clients on-stage whenever possible, and ensuring that all clients receive exceptional service.
  • Business Performance: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store's sales performance and business opportunities, and take proactive steps to drive sales growth and improve business results.
  • Talent Development: Participate in the interviewing process for new team members, and provide feedback and coaching to help team members develop their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Employee Engagement: Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Work-Life Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Skills: Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback, strong client service skills, effective time management and problem-solving skills.
