We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Bath & Body Works. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in sales and customer service, setting high standards for performance and excellence
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase customer loyalty
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet sales and customer service expectations
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to drive growth
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction, including customer feedback and complaint resolution
  • Manage store budgets, including inventory, labor, and overhead expenses
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is secure and ready for business

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and peak periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
