About the Role



We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in Ontario and Quebec. As a key member of our Canadian leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the region.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve sales quotas and budget targets
  • Work closely with sales leadership and business managers to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
  • Utilize pipeline management to ensure sales plans are met and all opportunities are recorded in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collect and analyze sales data to inform strategic business decisions and drive growth initiatives


Candidate Profile



We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in managing high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth in the medical sales industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of the Canadian healthcare market.



Requirements




  • BS/BA Four Year Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience selling to medical professionals and hospitals
  • Minimum of 2 years managing an effective sales team
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and other sales tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Solution-based selling experience


Compensation Package



We offer a competitive compensation package including a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and incentives.
