We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SHRI PARSHWANAMI PETROLEUM INC.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient stockroom operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
