Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Convenience Store and Gas Station. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales floor associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales floor associates, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash, including handling customer transactions, making change, and balancing the cash register.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained, including maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Availability: 35 hours per week.
