Retail Store Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Convenience Store and Gas Station. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of sales workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are meeting sales targets.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints.
- Establish work schedules and manage cash handling.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient store operation.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
