Contact Centre Manager

Avalon College Limited o/a Avalon Career College is seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Manager to lead our customer service team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Plan, develop, and organize policies and procedures for our contact centre.
- Represent the company in various economic and social organizations.
- College/CEGEP education.
- 1-2 years of experience in a contact centre or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
