Contact Centre Manager

Avalon College Limited o/a Avalon Career College is seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Manager to lead our customer service team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Plan, develop, and organize policies and procedures for our contact centre.
  • Represent the company in various economic and social organizations.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a contact centre or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
