Contact Centre Team Lead

Avalon College Limited o/a Avalon Career College is seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Manager to lead our team of customer service professionals. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, Train, and Direct Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
- Market Business Services: Develop and implement strategies to promote our business services and increase customer engagement.
- Plan and Control Budgets: Manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Plan and Direct Research: Conduct research to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer service and business growth.
- Direct and Advise Staff: Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional service.
- Represent the Company: Represent Avalon College Limited o/a Avalon Career College at various economic and social organizations to promote our brand and services.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a contact centre or customer service role.
- Supervision: More than 20 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload and tight deadlines.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and work term: permanent.
Work Language: English
Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
