Contact Centre Manager Job Description

Avalon College Limited o/a Avalon Career College is seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Manager to lead our team of customer service professionals. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and direct a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and control budgets, expenditures, and resources to ensure efficient operations.
  • Direct and advise staff on service quality assessment strategies and develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Represent the company in various economic and social organizations to build relationships and promote our services.
  • Lead and instruct groups to achieve business objectives and provide customer service.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and quality results.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a contact centre or customer service management role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Reliability, dependability, and a client-focused approach to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
