Rehabilitation Assistant

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at Vernon Jubilee Hospital. As a key member of the Rehabilitation Team, you will play a vital role in carrying out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs in assisting Occupational Therapists in monitoring and evaluating patients/clients' progression.

**Key Responsibilities**

Operate at the top of your scope and engage patients through consistent therapeutic interventions.

Drive substantial progress in meeting patient needs and their rehab journey.

Serve as an integral member of the rehabilitation team and be relied upon as the eyes and ears of the rehab team, ensuring comprehensive care.
