Integration Engineering Manager

At Vanderlande Industries B.V., we're looking for a highly skilled Senior Integration Project Manager to lead our North American Airport and Parcel Integration Engineering Department. This role will be based at our Canadian Head Quarters in Vancouver, BC and reports directly to the Director of Engineering based in Atlanta, GA.

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive technical expertise, efficient project execution, and set the strategic direction of the Integration Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and technical excellence within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Integration Department, ensuring seamless integration of multiple software, hardware, and IT infrastructures.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing organization, attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for Vancouver Office matters, aligning with Sales, Services, Engineering, and Operations leaders on policies and topics.
  • Drive project planning and execution to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Steer the Integration Department towards standardization, process adherence, and optimization.
  • Foster strong relationships and coordination with global cross-functional teams, including IT, Software Development, OT Engineering, and Project Management.
  • Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with global integration department leaders to share best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in implementing and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with software engineering, development, and testing.
  • Ability to budget and track engineering activities.
  • Able to communicate status and progress clearly to stakeholders.
  • Able to travel up to 15%.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
