Role Summary

As a Senior Integration Specialist at D2L, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining seamless integrations between various applications and systems using the Workato platform. This role involves collaborating with customers to understand business requirements, creating efficient workflows, and ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.

Main Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expert for integrations within Implementation Services, working directly with clients to understand, document, and execute on their integration needs.
  • Collaborating with product managers and development managers to contribute to requirements gathering and prioritization around integration needs.
  • Working with engineering and design teams to identify feasible solutions related to integrations with D2L products and D2L Partners.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least one year of experience working with relevant programming technologies.
  • Experience working with one or more of the following technologies is considered an asset: Learning Management Systems, API integrations, Github, Postman, Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI), XML, HTML/HTML5/CSS, SQL.
  • University degree/diploma or equivalent in a relevant field is considered an asset.
