Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at 10628069 Canada Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring the success of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that sales teams are meeting their targets.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers and ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be working in a team environment and will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to achieve their goals.
