Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes and improve merchandising.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
