Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 10628069 Canada Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Establish work schedules and supervise the activities of sales workers.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
